About Manchester City Yas Residences
Manchester City Yas Residences is the world’s first residential community inspired by Manchester City, developed by Ohana Development along the Yas Canal on Yas Island. Launched in February 2026, it offers one- to three-bedroom apartments, penthouses, townhouses, twin villas, villas and maisonettes, with more than half of the masterplan given to green space and canal promenades.
Launch prices started from about AED 2 million for a one-bedroom apartment and AED 7 million for a four-bedroom villa, with 50/50 or 35/65 payment plans. Completion is scheduled for Q4 2029.
