Al Ghadeer Gardens is the latest phase of Aldar‘s established Al Ghadeer community on the Abu Dhabi–Dubai border. The first release offered 437 townhouses and villas with two to four bedrooms, private gardens and a choice of light or dark interiors, set among parks and shaded pedestrian streets.
The first release started from about AED 1.7 million on a 55/45 payment plan with 5% on booking, and handover is scheduled for Q4 2029. It sold out quickly, and a New Release of 352 homes followed from about AED 1.85 million with Q4 2030 handover.
