Brabus Island is a branded waterfront community by Cosmo Developments (part of the Flag Holding group) in partnership with the German luxury car brand BRABUS. Set on a private island in the Al Seef district of Al Raha Beach, its first chapter is four residential towers with two- to four-bedroom apartments and four-bedroom penthouses, some with duplex layouts.
Prices start from about AED 2.9 million, with completion scheduled for Q1 2029. Several payment plans are offered, including one with 70% on handover. Buyers choose from three BRABUS interior concepts: Black and Bold, White Bliss or Grey Haven.
